Harness the power of cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance operational performance. Our commitment to innovation ensures that public service delivery meets the evolving needs of the community.
The nature of our organisation requires us to be particularly ambitious in all areas of solidarity. To go even further, we will be strengthening our Diversity and Inclusion of All approach in all regions.
Our mission is to:
The strength of public-sector IT specialists is that they are to be found throughout Cameroon's public administration. Ministries, public establishments, public companies, the Presidency of the Republic and others use IT specialists. This spread is also the main weakness because of the small numbers in these administrations.
The SOLINFO project began in 2019 with Mr MINKOULOU Jean Pierre, then President of the Association des Informaticiens de l'Administration Publique du Cameroun. He set up a committee to create a mutual insurance company chaired by Mr Tom-Rodrigue NTOM. This was to provide voluntary assistance for unfortunate or fortunate events affecting computer scientists.
Comprehensive management of IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and maximize efficiency within public service establishments and companies in Cameroon.

At present, the Centre and Littoral regions are up and running. The North and West are in the process of finalising their implementation. We're working on extending this to the other regions.
With SOLINFO, IT professionals in the public sector, regardless of their administration or region of assignment, have access to assistance for the happy or unhappy events that affect them on a socio-professional level. This mainly concerns marriage, birth, illness and death. This assistance remains valid after an assignment to another region, or a change of ministry or public administration.
The nature of our organisation requires us to be particularly ambitious in all areas of solidarity. To go even further, we will be strengthening our Diversity and Inclusion of All approach in all regions. Finally, we will be drawing heavily on the diversity of the government departments that use our IT staff to proactively promote an organisation that is open and rich in its differences.
With access to 24 hour assistance, It’s so important you can continue to help others.
